Dear all

Thank you to so many of you who took the time to complete our survey. We think the results are really stark and we have written to Leisure and Culture to request a meeting to discuss the level of bullying you have reported and how they improve this.

Please speak to someone if you have experienced workplace bullying and GMB Scotland will support you if you wish to complain. You should have confidence that you can raise your concerns safely without fear of any repercussions and we will be seeking these assurances from LACD.

GMB Survey on Bullying and Harassment results:

54% of you said you have been bullied at work

56% say you have seen another employee bullied at work

46% say you don’t have confidence your manager can act upon it

48% of you say you aren’t aware of the bullying and harassment policy

90% of you said that LACD should do more to support staff who have been bullied

Please contact your workplace rep or call the office on 01382 225491 or email us on if you require any assistance.
