You should now have had information to advise that you have been re-graded as part of the current job evaluation exercise. We fully support your grade being increased in recognition of the work that you do.
As your union, we need to have a conversation with as many of you as possible who fall into the category of workers who have had your grades increased. We know that there is disparity between some of you depending on whether or not you had submitted an equal pay claim for example and we would like the opportunity to discuss all of these things with you.
It is really important that you come along to the meetings that we have arranged, and it’s also important that you bring your colleagues who may not be in any union.
We have booked the following venues and times and really hope you can make it. If these venues and times are not suitable for whatever reason, then please give us a call on 01382 225491 and we will endeavor to book other times.
Meetings have been set for the following and you can attend any one which suits:
Tuesday 27th Feb – Cupar County Buildings, room CCBGF.002
Tuesday 27th Feb – Templehall Community Centre, Kirkcaldy
Thursday 01st March – New City House in Dunfermline, Room NCHGF.001
Meetings will take place at 13.00, 14.00 and 15.00 in each location on each day. You can join any of these meetings at any point, we have endeavoured to keep this as flexible as possible for our members.
