We have learned that Angus Council management are advising you to take 10 days leave prior to the 31st July, and that pre-booked holidays cannot be cancelled.

This contradicts the agreed COSLA guidance and it is absolutely not the case. The legislation has been amended to allow workers to carry over leave for 2 years. While we would encourage people to try to take a break from work, you should be allowed to manage this how you see fit.
