You have been sent a communication from your employer advising that Tayside Contracts don’t have a bonus scheme.

This is true. But Dundee City Council do. This is where the discrimination lies.

Tayside Contracts have not yet responded to our grievance.

Tayside Contracts statement in their earlier email is misleading and untrue and they want to stop you submitting claims. Don’t let them.
