Thank you to so many of you who completed our Health and Safety Survey.

We will be sharing these results with Tayside Contracts management as we are concerned at some of the results.

65% of you said that you were clear of what is expected of you at work. 35% of you are not.

46% of you said you feel you don’t have adequate PPE.

43% of you said you haven’t seen an updated risk assessment for your workplace and job.

35% of you said you don’t feel safe at work. 65% of you do feel safe at work.

Encouragingly, 69% of you said you believe that your employer has handled the Covid-19 emergency well. This does mean that 31% of you don’t. We have been working closely with Tayside Contracts to try to iron out issues as they arise.

GMB reps and Organisers are working with Tayside Contracts as far as possible, and we need you to continue to raise issues with your managers and reps, and contact us dundee@gmb.org.uk if you need further assistance.
