We are please advise that after effective lobbying from the GMB over recent weeks we now have an update on Weekend Allowances.
Leisure and Culture Dundee has now confirmed that any contracted individual with an assignable post with incorpated weekend working should receive their weekend allowance and not just basic salary payments during this forlough period.
As you will agree this is a welcomed step forward in ensuring that our members do indeed receive 100% of their pay at this time.
