GMB@PayJustice Claimant Update

Dear Member

For those of you who have submitted your equal pay claim, many of you are now starting to receive emails from the solicitors.

It is very exciting news that your claims are being lodged with the tribunal and you are now receiving confirmation from Thompsons. Please ensure you file any emails from Thompsons for your future reference.

By remaining a GMB member, any costs associated with this will be met by your membership fees. There are no hidden or additional costs as this service is covered by your GMB membership.

If you have not already done so, please ask your colleagues if they have joined GMB Union and submitted their claims as, the more of you who join this campaign, the louder your voice becomes. Every minute your colleagues delay means an extra minute of their own money lost.

Remember, this is YOUR money and our fight for your pay justice will continue by members like you, logging your claims and getting involved in the GMB Dundee Pay Justice Campaign.

If you have any concerns relating to process of your claim please contact us on 01382 225491 or email

We will continue to keep you updated with the campaign.
