As a result of our letter to the Chief Executive that we sent to you, NHS Tayside have asked for a meeting with us to try to take forward the HCA Band 2/3 issue.
As we’ve previously stated, it is completely unacceptable that NHS Tayside have deemed it appropriate to award this increase to one group of workers when they could have easily identified there are far more of you who should qualify.
We will advise you of the outcome of the meeting which will likely be next week.
