Do you find that you are passionate about issues in your workplace or always being the one raising workplace issues at meetings?
Do you feel strongly about injustice and believe that everyone should be treated fairly in their workplace?
We are keen to hear from any member who has a workplace issue that needs resolved. It is our intention to have a GMB rep in every workplace to help ensure that local issues can be resolved as informally as possible at a local level, and as such we would like to invite anyone of our members who may be interested in becoming a rep to get in touch with us.
Full training is provided, with support from your local officers. We’re particularly keen to hear from members from under-represented groups.
