We have had the health and safety issues at Baluniefield Sheltered Housing Complex raised with us and have asked DCC what the current situation is.
It’s been confirmed that the request was made to install a second landline to allow for the further safety measures to be installed, but that it’s now likely this will have to be re-done after a team have assessed where the line should be.
Please continue to raise any health and safety related issues with your managers, and you can always get in touch with us for advice at any time as your safety is paramount.
