We have served formal notice today to Leisure and Culture Dundee of our intention to carry out a ballot.

This must be carried out as a postal ballot by law, so please look out for your ballot paper being sent to your home from the 20th May.  GMB will be clearly marked on the envelope.

LACD have imposed worse terms on your employment without consultation.

They can now make you redundant, cap flexible retirement at 2 years, and if you are downgraded through no fault of your own, your pay will only be protected for 12 months, where it was previously 3 years.

Enough is enough and it’s time to take a stand.  As many of you as possible need to make sure your voices are heard.
