Dundee City Council have finally agreed the GMB request that Homecare members can do job and finish. This puts you in line with the predominantly male workforces and is not before time and was after the GMB let them know that a grievance would be submitted otherwise.

Please make sure you keep in regular contact with your Organiser and call them at the end of your duties to see if there are any other duties require, and if not, you will be able to go home.

They have also agreed to allocate a further 10 minutes per day for the use of and disposal of PPE – whilst we welcome this we still do not believe it is enough time and are asking for more.
