We met with management on Friday regarding a few issues. We have made them aware of your concerns over proposed rotas and they agreed to meet with you.

We have discussed how they need to communicate with you. One of the resolutions from the dispute was that they would reinstate team meetings.

Please ensure that you give honest feedback about the rotas and whether you would have suggestions for making them better.

We will meet with them once the team meetings are concluded and we would strongly encourage you to attend.

These are to be collaborative meetings where you should be fully involved and listened to. Please let your reps know if that’s not the case.
