We have met with the teams who particapated in the trials over the last 2 days and will meet with management on the 15th to discuss some of the findings.
Health questionnaires have been issued to all who have participated in the trial – these will help to inform us and help with the negotiations.
The common themes from the trial are:
– the 4th day is extremely tough
– the lack of a proper break in between late nights and early mornings
– most people love the time off
– there are still major problems with CM2000
There have been NO agreements made. Ultimately, it will be union members who decide what happens next.
