We have written to Dundee City Council to ask what guidelines and training are being given to parking staff who come in to contact with members of the public who are told to self isolate or are diagnosed with the Coronavirus.

From our observations, it seems very little has been done other than to issue NHS guidelines, and we do not think that this is nearly enough to ensure your protection.

We are awaiting a response.
