Dundee City Council and GMB met today to discuss the on-going review of working patterns.
We agreed that over the next 4-5 weeks the council will meet all of the home care staff on a one2one basis to discuss how the rota will affect you.
Please be honest, explain your feelings (good or bad) and these meetings are for the council to get a feeling of what people want. You don’t need to have a rep with you but if you want GMB representation at the meeting contact your GMB rep.
