Please be assured that we are asking questions of your employer as much as possible. We understand that their guidance is constantly changing, but we are clear that both the health and safety of their employees and your well being is the priority.
Employers have advised us that they are finding it difficult establishing who has underlying health conditions. We would absolutely recommend that if you have an underlying health condition, it’s really important that you let your manager know. They must keep this confidential, however this will help your employer plan, and ensure that you are protected as much as possible.
Meetings are being postponed, and we expect employers to be reasonable when it comes to individual meetings and the planning of these.
We will try to keep you updated as much as possible in this ever changing environment, and if you have any concerns, you must speak to your manager, and also let us know if you need any support or guidance.
